How to Get Started
Some personal trainers require you to schedule your sessions months in advance. Often times, there is no option of rescheduling if a meeting or other emergency comes up. Having a online personal trainer will also make it easy to exercise while you are on vacation or a business trip. The premier personal trainers all have very full schedules, finding a time that you would like to work out with them can be impossible.
At Shawn Bell Personal Training, we offer modern solutions for professionals, parents and other individuals who simply don't have the time to coordinate schedules with a personal trainer or have the time to travel to a different workout facility.

There a variety of benefits to online personal training including:
Some personal trainers charge upwards of $100 per session. For a limited time, you can start your first three months of online personal training for that same cost. In addition to the personal training costs, you will also not have to join a second gym just to work out with the trainer you like. That means you have more money for exercise equipment, supplements, organic foods and other fitness and dietary related products.
To get started, please fill out the contact form to the right. Be sure to include as much information as possible regarding your age, health, weight and athletic ability. From there, we will discuss your history and goals. We will then develop a custom workout and diet plan that will allow you to reach your goals. Your daily updates will be sent to you via mobile application and there is weekly correspondence with me, Shawn Bell.
What Kind Of Athletes Benefit Most From Online Personal Training
Because you will not be meeting with your personal trainer face to face, people that are self motivated are better suited for online personal training. Although it is possible for me to train clients that are brand new to fitness, it does typically work better with those who have some experience in the gym. I have created an online library of exercise videos, however, without being able to watch in person there is no way for me to tell if you are using the correct form or not. There could be some added risk of injury.
